Women who want to have children or who are in early pregnancy are probably familiar with folic acid, also known as vitamin B9. Everyone should ensure that they have an adequate supply of this B vitamin, because the stores in the liver are quickly used up when there is an increased need. Contraindications

Adult:
acutely 1-3 tablets daily
chronic 1-3 tablets daily
